Component of food:-
Food have following component :-
1) Carboydrates(Carbohydrates are energy giving food these food is obtained from cereals e.g. Wheat , Rice, Maize, Sugar and Glucose )
2) Protein (Protein is called body building food eg. Egg, Milk and milk product )
3) Fats ( Fats is also energy giving food e. g. :Peanut , almond oil etc.
4) Vitamins and Minerals (These are called protective food these food required for the body for fight from bacteria virus and fungi these food produce high immune system which fight agaisnt disease causing organism example of these type of food are: fruit and vegetables are rich source of vitamins and minerals so take more and more food vegitable and fruit to your diet during corona virus pendamic .
5) Water: Water is also main component of food water is reqired for absorbtion of food in the blood so water is very important for life water also help in digestion of food .
6) Roughphage :-Roughphage is also an important of food these food are required for proper bowl moment by using these food people get free from constipation and pile problem during there life span so include roughphage in your diet . Example of roughphage is carrat , radish, Cucumber, cabbage these are taken as food in the form of raw.
